Associate Attorney/Litigation Department: Responsibilities will include taking and defending depositions, responding to discovery and pleadings, preparing for/arguing hearings on full range of issues related to homeowners’ cases, and will actively train to argue dispositive hearings.

Litigation Attorney/Litigation Department: Candidate will become an integral part of a collaborative culture with extended support from a large dedicated team of staff and associate supporting attorneys. Candidate will focus on management of caseload, direction of supporting attorney(s) and staff, case strategy, client communication, and attendance at dispositive hearings and trial.

Experienced Personal Injury Attorney: Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently with available support from management team; must have excellent communication and writing skills. Should have a minimum of four (4) to five (5) years of experience. This is an in-office position. Candidate will become an integral part of a collaborative culture with extended support from a dedicated team of staff and associate supporting attorneys. Candidate will focus on management of caseload, direction of supporting attorney(s) and staff, case strategy, client communication, and attendance at dispositive hearings and trial. Firm will consider a joint venture with solo practitioner looking to either expand or be of counsel.
